I stay there with a group of friends for 4 days 3 nights. The hotel is very new with peaceful environment, a good place for relaxing. Hotel staffs are all very friendly and helpful, especially the hotel manager. Free shuttle service to Ao Nang town for shopping. Also, airport transfer. All these had made The Elements a great place to stay...

The resort was a fantastic place to stay for some rest and relaxation. While the resort if quite isolated (approx 25 mins from Ao Nang town) there is a complimentary shuttle bus provided with limited services in the late afternoon and evening to and from the town. There is not much to see within walking distance of the resort and you will need to hire a taxi should you wish to venture out of the resort independently. Owing to it's location, guests may find that there are limited things to do during the morning particularly during wet weather. Despite the only downfall being the resort's location, staff were extremely polite and helpful and ever willing to accomodate our needs. The rooms are immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated with lots of little extras in the rooms which add to the appeal of the resort. The restaurant is also highly recommended for tasty traditional Thai food at very affordable prices. The resort's swimming pool is very large and welcoming however I did not find the beach across attached to the resort particularly appealing.

Although this hotel is a little bit far from au nang town, but the hotel do provide us the free shuttle bus....

Stayed a week during low-season and could definitely see myself doing that again. Lovely staff, food and service. Spacious and very clean rooms, free wifi. Very relaxing. Not for the party-seeking traveller though.
I didn't travel with children but could see that children would enjoy both pool and playground.
