Nothing seems to work in this place. The night I arrived A/C flooded the floor. Interned did not work. I changed the room just to discover there is no hot water. But the worst is the service! Defiant, lazy receptionists. Humiliating experience. Feels more like Yala province than some resort in Thailand!

We liked the staff (nice and cheerful people) and the restaurant that served a very good food. The beach is also beatiful. However, we were a bit disappointed with a quality of rooms and their cleanliness. If they put more effort into this they could make it a 4 star hotel but at the moment it is not more than 3 (And remember that this is Asian 3 stars).

Generally we spend a very good week there.

Resort is across the road from the beach, which is gorgeous. Seems fairly new. Rooms are very clean, good ac and a lovely balcony. Pool area is very clean and pretty. Slight downside is the somewhat noisy road between you and the beach.
A bit out of a flash packers budget at 2000B but consistent with other resort type places with pool.
If you have the money a good place to stay. Recommended

We stayed here for three nights over Christmas - the staff was very helpful and cheerful. The restaurant is across the street and is literally on the beach. It's lovely there. The rooms are clean and well-serviced. If you walk in you'll get a better rate than the internet - drastically better.
Definitely stay here. This is one of the best locations on Koh Lanta, as the beach isn't crowded at all.
