The big dutch John, was at first very polite, but not real!
The guesthouse is dirty and messed up!
All the useless things are just hiding all the dirt!
The room was small and dirty!
Dont believe in his words and wrong smile!
He can get really agressive!
Better is the Birds Guesthouse!

Kings Home ... NOT AT ALL!

We feel at home in Kings home. The place is decorated with carpets, pictures, toys and other staff. Feeling as in a your own room at home.
I travel with my Husband and my child (1 year old) and we stay in the 1st floor room (the bigger one). The room was comfortable, the bed big size and there is refrigerator in the room. The T.V. broadcast also English channels. There is hot water in the shower and the toilet was clean.
We like very much John and his wife. They are very friendly and take care for our needs, everything with smile and goodwill. They arrange toys for the child and provide details for traveling in Hua Hin.
The location is excellent, not far from the sea and nearby, but not inside, the bars and restaurants street (try the BBQ squid).
Breakfast including 2 eggs, 2 toasts, fruit plates, butter and jam and coffee-fair enough to start the morning.
Good value for money!

If you are into antiques and history -then this is the place for you. Owner is a mine of information and loves to chat. It is owner occupied so very homely atmosphere you can have make your own tea and coffee at any time. Great wifi service, loads of channels on TV. Beautiful furniture in all rooms

After a long travelday we arrived at hua hin. When we arrived at king's home we felt at home immediatly. Decorations al around in the guesthouse, very cosy atmosphere. The service is great! Make your own coffee during the day, drinks in the fridge and a normal breakfast. Wanna do a trip? Just tell John and they make arragements for you, for the lowest price. If you book by yourself, you'll sometimes pay dubble price, so ask John before booking anything.
We stayed in room nr 9, big room with a great bed!! Tv in the room, and a bathroom for ourselves. Fan and airco in the room, very good! Good room for the price we payed.
Upstairs you'll find a livingroom, wich will be shared by all the guests. Here you'll find a big tv with a lot of tv station, very nice. You can use internet free aswell.
