“Great garden to chill out in”

Rates are now at b300, 400, 500. normally what comes of being featured in LP. Its a great place to stay in, on a small street behind the main road. From bus terminal, turn right to traffic light. You'll see Boots on your right and The Pizza Co across from it. Walk in that direction till you hit a small lane on left. Edison dept store will then be on your right. Walk this lane to the end and turn left. After 30-40m you'll see a small sign for Baan Bua on top left. Essential to book early.

Stayed here for 4nights and paid 300B for a fan room.

Room was small but clean.
Free Wifi and great location.
Nice garden where you can meet new people.
Friendly staff.
Good breakfast in the garden.

“Good location, great setting and service”

This hotel is in a great location close to markets, cafes and attractions. Great garden setting for breakfast, planning your trip and having a cold beer after a long day sight seeing. The owner Tim (not sure of spelling) was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us lots of helpful tips and directions and can arrange trips and scooter hire. The rooms were very good value at 400 baht for a fan room. The only downside was the linen/ blanket was looking past their use by date. Overall great value for money. Tip - arrive early afternoon or book as lots of travellers were turned away later in the day as this hotel was popular.

was very nice to stay there
very quiite, beautiful garden to take breakfast
paid 400 baths for double room but no choice because there were full everyday
advise youu to book 1
