Currently staying at this hotel and in total will have spent 8 days here. I cannot fault it in any way. The rooms are excellent, the pool clean and well placed for sunbathers. Complimentary minibar is an unusual touch, but by far the most impressive thing about this hotel is the staff. Whether it is at check in, in the restaurant, poolside, in fact anywhere they cannot do enough for you and everything is done with a smile!
On the downside might be the location and cost. I am here for business so with its proximity to the airport and ring road it is ideal. If you were travelling as a tourist it might be a little too far out of town. The cost of both staying and eating at the hotel is also on the high side, though you will find this with most luxury hotels in India.
All in all if you are staying for business I would heartily recommend the Leela.

The Leela is a great Hotel and the location is close to Gurgaon's business hub and the airport. Pick-up at the airport and checking in with the valet service is a breeze. The rooms are well decorated and functional, bed gives great rest and the bathroom has all the amenities expected. The only point to "complain" about is the lighting, it is too dark to define black from blue and should be fixed. At peak hours the wifi is bit slow, ethernet cabling is not available (or I did not find it) The breakfast offerings are plentiful, although the buffet setting is at times confusing and the service not always as attentive as it should be. Checking out was fast and competent, the staff at all time helpful with a smile. Looking forward to the next stay.

The hotel is extremely well located close to Delhi, Airport and Gurgaon. The room comfort is extremely good...and to top it, food is awesome

I almost always stay here when I am in Delhi, because this place is perfect. I love the ambiance, the room decor and amenities, the shower, the views. Living as an expat in India, the breakfast buffet is a real treat.

When I come, I get a courteous "welcome back", and when I tell them, no I don't want to be accompanied to my room for check in ceremonies, they quickly give me my room key and off I go.
