I was on official trip to Gurgaon and my company people booked me this hotel. At first sight I was really disappointed but a warm welcome and clean room really take out my worry. It was great staying at this hotel and the Manager was very helpful and informative. I liked this place and whenever me or my parents come to Gurgaon we stay at this hotel only. One bad incident happened was I lost my blackberry phone but it was not the fault of the Hotel staff. I left the phone while coming out of taxi which had arranged by the hotel , but later when we called the driver he denied that nothing was there. But good hotel great people !!!!
