I stayed here for 3 weeks while looking for an apartment in Hyderabad. During a stressful period, this hotel was a true oasis and safe haven. Staff was personable and kind, rooms were spotless, food was of good quality, and price was reasonable. I actually retreated here from the fairly horrible Hotel Rukmini Rivera down the street. Location is great if you need to be in Lakdikapul, Masab Tank, or Old City. A soft place to land for a westerner in India. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

The hotel rooms are nice and the location is central enough such that every tourist location is accessible.
However, the service is terrible. Don't even think about ordering eggs or dosa for breakfast. Instead stick to what's in the buffet. On all the 3 days that we were there, our eggs came well after we had finished breakfast (a full 30 mins later). The waiting staff seems totally overwhelmed and god knows what goes on in the kitchen for them to take this long to prepare a simple dosa.
Overall an average hotel with average rooms. Good for a business traveller but not for families.

Excellent, reasonably priced hotel, convenient location, well maintained w/ comfortable rooms & a very good professional staff. Good restaurant facilities for breakfast & other meals. I would definitely stay there again.

Extremely clean hotel. Excellent service at all times. Good choice of food in buffet breakfast and good quality in the Restaurant. Had no problems at all during week stay here. Bright clean rooms. All staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite especially the Reception Manager Ms Tulsi.
Location is fabulously close to the centre of Hyderabad. This hotel is excellent value for money. If i visit Hyderabad again I will definitely stay at The Central Court again.
