I stayed at the hotel in Sembere 2010. It was my first visit to Sharm. I like it much better than Hurgada. The hotel is very close to the airport. When you swim in the sea there are always planes landing. It's possible to go on foot to Naama Bay for shopping and entertainment..

We've stayed in Gafy resort in NOV 2010. The location of the hotel is pretty good, you can reach Naama bay in 10 minutes. The rooms are not 4star quality if compared to european or American 4star hotels.
The hotel was not very dirty and not excellenly clean. The food was bearable, there was a wide choice of different dishes from which you certainly can choose something to eat. The cookies are excellent. You will not stay hungry by sure.
The animation team was an excellent one. The only thing that was excellent in this hotel. There are 2 things for which we would reccomend this hotel to our friends- the animation team and the location.
The staff was awfull, no emocions, no support to anyone. They even did not tried to communicate with anyone of guests, and were always useless if there were any issues. If I were the hotel manager I would change the whole staff immediately, because they affect negatively on entire impression that a guest has on the hotel.

No communication between the staff and the guests. All the staff is lying and not doing their work well. Very very bad service I've never seen before. The keys for the door oftenly don't open and sometimes there's a bad odor. The emplacement of the hotel is amazing and the activities at the beach were really nice. The housekeeping and the reception is the worst staff ever. They should have prevented us from the microb in the water that made half of my family sick. You should read the comments before going there.

am wondering how come its 4 stars hotel they accept out side guests on the beach so you have no privicy. service is so bad!! no air codition on the reception nither resturant so imaging eating in resturants with 30 degrees
