This is a fantastic all-inclusive resort! Its the best place I've stayed in Egypt. Its spotlessly clean, well-kept, the rooms were huge, the bedding is nice and cozy. The whole property is impressive and airy. The food was great! The only complaint would be the night shows, but that is pretty much what you can expect at any hotel complex in Egypt. And the beach is interesting, the water recedes during the day and you have to walk a ways in order to get to the sea....however, this is not necessarily a minus, its interesting to see all the sea life on the sea bed and by walking this way, you get straight out to the coral reef. Would recommend this place in a heart beat!

Just come back from a week at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was a problem, big thank you to manager Mohamed Hassan and Thomson rep Israa. Israa wasn't pushy about trying to get you to buy trips out and was very informative about the area and hotel. We met some of the staff at the welcome meeting who were friendly and welcoming. We were invited to a cocktail drinks party where we met the General Manager of the hotel.

Mohamed made sure we were happy with the service any problems he solved, he never made us feel like we were a nuisance. He changed rooms as the first one did not have a bath which my friend require being in a wheelchair, we even got packed lunches for the plane home :).

The rooms were large with very comfy beds, we stayed in 3070 with views of the relaxing pool where waiters Karim and Mohmoud always making sure we had drinks, making us special cocktails. Plenty of pools to choose from, activity pools were warmer than the relaxing pools.

The hotel was so big and spread out that it never felt crowded with plenty of sunbeds but there were always people who reserved theirs, the only time you could tell how many people were staying there were at mealtimes where it did feel like school canteen.The food at times were not hot enough but if you let the chefs know they can cook food fresh for you, the variety was good, always a fish, chicken or beef on offer with plenty of veg and salad, pasta, rice and fries. Waiters worked very hard to make sure we had everything we needed

We had a couple of massage at the spa which were good but haggle with the reps for best price.

Overall had a great stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as the staff works very hard to make sure you had a great holiday

We stayed in the aquamarine from 05.011.-12.11. It was our honeymoon. As you see I am writing now the review, so three months passed since our stay but I just keep on remembering this amazing hotel and our wonderful stay!!!
We are from Croatia, so also a very famous tourist destination in Europe, we decided to go to Egypt, even we had a very hot summer home, but still wanted to relax at the pool and enjoy ourselves. Stared looking for the perfect hotel we didn’t mind about the location in Egypt, just tried to find the best hotel, and it was aquamarine. From the first minute since we arrived in the hotel till our check out it was so amazing: hotel area, room, pools, food, service......... for me very important everything was so clean!!! we had a pleasant stay enjoying ourselves at the heated pool, dinking cocktails (all inclusive), playing volleyball, having great lunches and dinners and pleasant evenings with live music on the hotel terrace.
All together just amazing!!!!! I still have each part of the hotel in my mind because I was so impressed (once again I am from Croatia, live on the coast and work in tourism for very long, so I know what matters in tourism!!).

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and I am looking forward to go there again!

If I would try to find some bad thing about our stay it would be:
- in the hotel maybe the animation team could make some better program, not everyday the same, but I only take party at beach volleyball so i didn't mind about other programs
- outside of the hotel, if you try to have a walk, the people are so aggressive, unpleasant and try to rob you of with so high prices for made in china souvenirs
- trying to go to new hurgada, after seeing new part we didn't think to go to old part, because to new was bad enough, had a walk for some shopping, but almost the same plastic things everywhere, and be awarded of the taxi drivers, also try to rob you of, the drive from hotel to new hurgada is max 10euro round trip!!

So the hotel is just perfect!!!!!!!!! If you go to Egypt, pick this hotel and you can be sure to get a European five star standard in each part of the hotel!!!
Outside the hotel :( and we like to have a walk and do some shopping so that was the bad part of the trip.

its the best hotel in red sea , i was working there as assistant chief engineer for two years,i hope for all people there to be one hand because the head departments their didn't like each others (some department head are excellent Mr/ Ayman and Mr/ Mabrouk from the F&B ) MY MAIL IS
