Good value for money. Martha is very nice and willing to help you out. Location is not so bad.

“clean hostal, bad location”

Clean rooms, near historical center, kind staff. The location dose not look like safe

“Ok place that lacks a bit of atmosphere”

This place felt more like a hotel than a hostel - room was spacious but other than that not great - staff were friendly.

“bed bugs and extremely rude manager”

when we woke up in the middle of the night covered in bed bug bites the staff told us "all the beds have them"!! he was aggressive and rude and moved us to a room where we were bitten even more. in the morning the manager said we were lying even though we showed him a bug that we caught and our bites

the mattress "protectors" were stained and dirty

“very quite, clean, and the staff is amazingly helpful and friendly.”

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and had a very comfortable stay. My room had air conditioning which worked very well and was a great relief from the heat in Cartegena. The staff was amazing and were happy to help me with all my needs.
