Stayed here for one night while transiting from Hangzhou to Putuoshan. Its downtown relatively near the railroad station, so finding a cab willing to take you is always a problem (cabs want the big fares).
The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Its more like an upscale US hotel. Marble lobby, seats at reception and check in, very well appointed rooms, good satallite TV. The staff spoke some English and took customer service seriously. There was a problem with my room key when I checked in - the lady on the floor let me into my room and then sent someone downstairs to get me a new key.
I do not know how convenient to anything else but the train station this hotel is, but regardless its a nice hotel at a great price.
