Good quality hotel, with excellent facilities.
Better access to taxi's would be appreciated

What a hotel and what a warm welcome.
This hotel is just exceptional and people are so friendly.
Well located just by Wanda Plaza this hotel allows easely to visit the city
I will for sure recommend this hotel to all my colleagues and friends.

This is quite a new property in the Ningbo area. I have staid here 3 or 4 times. In general the hotel is quite nice.
The service is very good and efficient. We were picked up at the airport by the hotel car service and it was flawless.
The lobby is expansive and nice as most new hotels in China are these days. The rooms are modern and new and are very clean. The technology is top notch as well with a 42" LCD TV with a fair number of channels especially in english. The internet is passable but not great. The bed is quite comfortable and the bathroom is well appointed. The bathroom has all of the newest such as a separate bath and shower with rain forrest shower head.
The hotel is attached the huge Wanda plaza which has a lot of shopping and a number of restaurants.
The only drawback at this hotel is the food and beverage but it does seem to be getting better although they have a ways to go.
This is about as good as it gets in Ningbo and I would not hesitate to recommend this property if your travels take you to Ningbo.

The sofitel is next to Wands Plaza which is a huge shopping and resteraunt area . The only drawback is a 15 minute cab ridr to tianyai square (shopping) and Lai waitan (western nightlife). Ther cab is only 18 RMB. The food in the main buffet area and the Chinese resteraunt are great . The western restaraunt was ok. The rooms are 5 star and the gym is very good but not huge. The service is by far the best in China.
