too long to list all problems, just the highlights, main problem is the housekeeping, this hotel used to be OK when it was still under western management, but since they handed it over to local chinese managers it has gone downhill:
- the smell of rotten food in the breakfast room
- the dark stains on the sheets & pillows (fingerprints of the maid who never washes hands)
- 2 days to fix a broken air conditioning which just required changing of batteries in the remote...
- door of the wardrobe fell on me when I open it, the rail was broken....
But on the other hand, you get what you pay for, at 350 CNY per night for a studio...
Although the location is indeed very convenient, still I won't recommend it to anybody unless you're ok with low hygiene standards.

Stayed there during a business trip. Can say that the quality was just a homy quality, not luxurious. Can't blame it, as it's just a service apartment. Anyhow, I found it nice to stay as the location is quite strategic, you can find a bus stop and taxi stand just by the gate. Staffs are nice, they can't speak English well (something common in China), but I could see they were trying real hard to serve the guests with their limitations. I would say my stay was pleasant, even though all amenities there were standard, but enough to make you feel at home; got ironing board + iron, kitchen, fridge, full set kitchen amenities, and also private safe to keep your valuables. Just nice....
