I stayed here for 1 night so I could get two days of sightseeing in Suzhou from my base in Shanghai.
The hotel is superb - staff who go above and beyond the call of duty, very nicely decorated, lovely room, great location...
Highly recommended.
I would suggest investing in a good map of Suzhou though as the one provided by the hotel was slightly confusing and the names did not seem to match those of the streets!

Very good location and super nice comfortable room, very close to the scenic spots and pedestrian street! Breakfast there is very good also, multiple choice with quality food, sure will come back again

Good location, next to the pedestrian shopping areas. The reception staff were excellent, helpful and polite. Good room, breakfast was good.
