Although they claim they are they certainly don't live up to that standard! The service was terrible not at all friendly. We could not adjust our room temperature and endured three nights of unbearable heat as the temperatures are base on the whole floor and they did not decrease it even after we asked that they did.
In addition there is a ktv (karaoke) bar downstairs so prepare to listen to terrible singing well into the night. Our fellow hotel neighbors were also atrocious! They were very very loud and banging doors until after midnight
Lastly we experienced that after having a shower the water would flood the bathroom. Overall not an enjoyable stay since we assumed this was five star quality from what was advertised online.

Best hotel for its price. Excellent rooms , great bath room with shower & tub.Stayed in 14 th floor room with good view of the city. Great restaurant with lavish buffet spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner without which you can not survive in China as you do not know what to order and what it will contain as no body speaks English. Central location yet quiet rooms. Only Hotel where I found gas masks in the cupboard in case of fire. Fully satisfied for the money I paid for room and meals.Choose without hesitation about your comfortable stay.
