Stayed 2 weeks at the Hayiatt in Chang An and found it to be a very comfortable hotel.
I stayed in a superior suite located in the main tower. The large room had a big LCD television with a DVD player. The bed was not as hard as a rock, which is a big plus for me when staying in China. There is a very large round bathtub in the suite, and the water always ran clean.
The included breakfast buffet was very good, and one can also eat a Chinese dimsum breakfast if that is preferred in their Chinese restaurant.
The fitness room and indoor pool looked great.
They have staff that can communicate well in English at the front desk, bars and the restaurants.
There is nothing around the hotel to walk to, so taxis must be taken into Chang An for 10-15RMB.
Overall - I really enjoyed my stay. I usually stay at the Bolton which is about half the price, and a better value. The Hayiatt is nicer but it lacks the Chinese personality of the Bolton. Not sure where I'll stay next time.
