I would agree with most of the other reviews, the location makes this hotel a good find, in the center of town convenient to the big grocery store, buses and restaurants. Rooms are average and motel-like, which it is, but clean and tolerable. Breakfast is good if you like white bread, cake and other simple carbs, less so if you are looking for something healthier. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

We picked this hotel as it was in the centre of town and the reviews were good.

The hotel is very well located and the staff were very helpful although could not speak English. The our standard room were quiet and more of a 2* quality but was clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast was not particularly good though as on one day we came down late (8am) and a lot of the food was gone.

I was looking for a reasonably priced mid-range hotel to stay in Puerto Natales after 6 days of trekking in Torres Del Paine NP and I think Hotel Lady Florence Dixie was probably the best of a reasonably mediocre selection of mid-range places to stay in Puerto Natales. Although the common areas are reasonably well presented, the room I was in was in need of a refresh to get rid of its early 80's peeling wallpaper and decor. However, the cleanliness and comfort was OK and the location is very central and the breakfast was very good (by Chileano standards).

Beautifully decorated with lots of plants. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was better than average. Rooms were small but clean.
