“Nice Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 January 2012

Lovely staff and the rooms were clean and large. Had a pedicure in the Spa, it was wonderful, very relaxing and reasonably priced. Breakfast was extensive and the food good. Lunch also good. Went to dinner at the "italian" on New Year's Eve it was okay. The Tuk-Tuk drivers are plentiful outside the hotel and the best way to get around Siem Reap. The pool area in this hotel is a very attractive place to spend time drinking cocktails and swimming of course.

Room Tip: Non smoking floor if you don't like rooms of previous smokers.

“2nd time stay..all around good”

ALL of the staff are genuinely charming and helpful. Some remember us from our last visit. Family stayed 4 nights for the Thanksgiving weekend. The breakfast buffet are quality and decent options. My only wish was there are some more local fresh fruits other than papaya-- present some jackfruit or whatever fresh that season. We had lunch a couples time there and had a drink at the bar-- not bad. Will stay there again. As a family of 4 (w/ children age 10 & 11) the room given with double full beds was large enough.

“Closest hotel to Ankor Wat”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 January 2012

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean & staff amazingly helpful. We were here for 3 days, enough to see all the major temples & the cute town of Siem Reap.
Make sure u get your feet done by the fish, so funny and cheap. In fact cheapest place we have been to in Asia. Do not go for cheap massage as they do not know what they are doing.
Hotel arranged our temple trip by tuk-tuk for US&15 for they day. They know they popular spots and how to avoid the crowds.
Hotel wi-fi is not great but front desk staff very helpful, breakfast is plentiful and they can arrange a box lunch to take with u on your tour.
Close to airport, only US$7.00 for A/C taxi.

Room Tip: Room close to pool HVe really nice views

“Good hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 January 2012

As others have suggested this is a good quality and comfortable hotel.
SPG Platinum Guests are welcomed by the manager, and get free upgrade to corner room suite if available, free internet and free breakfast (otherwise $15USD pp) and daily fruit/snacks.
Discount admission to the National Museum ($8USD instead of $12USD) is available from the front desk.
The restaurant breakfast buffet was good and dinner in the evening good as well. A promo 3 course set dinner was available at the time for $15USD.
Transport can be booked by the concierge and charged to the room. An external car for the day costs $30USD (marginally more expensive than if hired outside the hotel).
Highly recommend starting day trips at 7am, as it is cooler then, and the tourist crowds don't arrive until 9am. This is particular so for Angkor Wat . Airport pick can be arranged and the hotel car costs 7USD, the same as a taxi and therefore is recommended.

The rooms are comfortable and beds high quality. Would therefore definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Platinum SPG Guest are upgraded to a corner room suite

“great location and very, very friendly staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 January 2012

Stayed at Le Meridien for 2 nights to attend a sales meeting. Excellent breakfast buffet, large rooms, and beautiful grounds. Great location - only a short tuk tuk ride to both the Angkor sites and the night markets / pub street.
