“I love to stay here”

I in December 2010 to Cambodia self-help, main purpose is to watch Angkor Wat, by plane arrived in siem reap, check-in Prum death, I hereby accommodation 4 days. Hotel staff service enthusiasm, rate include breakfast, the room clean and comfortable rest snug in swimming pool, Prum death also introduce me to visit the temple Angkor Wat route, and arrange for me next hotspots in accommodation, transportation problem. If Prum death to make reservations ahead, free to the airport to meet.

Although friends recommended this hotel as a great place to stay, and admittedly the location is excellent, you can probably find better places to stay for just a little more money. the rooms were a good size, but ours had a faint mold odor that never went away. The service was not the most efficient, but everyone was friendly and would help if requested. Communication was difficult at times. Most of all, the place can get a bit noisy with lots of travelers as well as locals in the lobby. I think, especially with young ones in tow, that you may be better served elsewhere. With that said, I don't want to say that this isn't a bargain or that travelers on a budget would not find it acceptable.

“Glorious, friendly interesting hotel”

very friendly, clean and well kept hotel, a little too posh for me felt like a queen. nice location, felt safe as a single women there, tuk tuk boys were kind and very helpful, although one or two offered their services... btu a pleasant stay, very freash breakfast.
