Swan Haven Inn was a haven after a cold day on the Katy Trail in October. We had to work our way up some short steep hills to get there from the trail, but it was worth it. Very comfortable rooms - I was with four friends staying there, so I got to see three of the rooms. Magnificently large bathrooms in all the rooms! Jacuzzi in the lovely garden. Coffee, tea, cookies and water available in the dining area. Delicious breakfast, and very accommodating hosts. Very quiet neighbors (next door to a cemetery). Wonderful farmhouse and market down the street. Beautiful new public library just down the block (and the only place in town open until 8:00 p.m. on the night we were there!). Lots of antique shops in town, too. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We stayed with 3 other couples and had a wonderful time. The innkeepers were very accommodating and kind. The breakfast was delicious. It is within walking distance to the Mt. Pleasant Winery. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were so nice and the food was great. We got to meet the other guest over happy hour every afternoon where wine and cheese were served. It was great!
