“Loved every minute of our stay”

This is a beautiful and extremely well-run B&B. Friendly innkeeper, outstanding breakfast, lovely room with all the comforts of home, and a quiet location just off the Katy Trail. We stayed in Suite #1 and felt right at home. We are already talking about returning to this B&B with a few friends in the Spring or Fall!

“Fabulous atmosphere!”

Walk in an you immediately feel welcome! Lynn has created a warm atmosphere that would make anyone feel special. I would challenge anyone to find a better breakfast! I would recommend a stay at the Applegate inn to anyone!

“An Oasis”

My husband and I wanted a quiet place to relax and decided on Apple Gate Inn. We were not disappointed! We were just up a hill from the Katy Trail, and the grounds on the inn were just lovely. Our breakfast was delicious and very filling. The innkeeper was helpful but not ever in the way. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! We'll be back!!!

“Expensive”

Our room was nice, but I think that it was too expensive. Breakfast was very good. Overall we liked it, I just wish that it wasn't so expensive

“Best Place to Relax!!”

Lynn is not only a great hostess but a great cook! You will enjoy how she and Bob open their home and hearts to their guests. The area is quiet and beautiful plus close to the Katy trail where you can catch a ride/walk...just be on the lookout for critters! Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends! When we need another "downtime" we will be back!

Room Tip: We selected Suite 1 for the private entrance, private balcony, and no other room above or below us.
