We have a very nice time in Hotel Tres Ponientes.
We were treated very kind and always received warmly whenever we would return from a trip. The rooms are clean and confortable. To us a home away from home.
Would certainly reserve a room at this same hotel when we return to Vina.

We were only going to stay for a night and ended up staying for 4 nights . My wife and i had an enjoyable stay , the staff we very helpful & the hotel is in a good location .

What bothered me was that this hotel was budget accommodations at a non-budget price. The staff was very friendly, but the rooms were very shabby and the walls were SO thin. I could not get a decent night's sleep for the life of me because I could here people talking downstairs at the front desk, I could hear the room next door's TV, I could hear the children running around in the room above us, I could hear every single person that walked up or down the stairs. Very frustrating.

This cozy hotel is clean and in a good location, steps from Av Valparaiso with all the shops and markets, and steps from Av San Martin where all the restaurants are located. The staff is extremely friendly but they only speak spanish, I know just a little spanish and it worked out with no issue.
My room was on the small side, but there were very big rooms as well, ask for a big room when you book. Note that in Chile smoking is allowed pretty much everywhere, my room was a little smelly, not too bad though. Also on the bad sides, the walls are paper thin, a guy in another room fell asleep with the tv on and I could hear it throughout the night, very annoying!! The following night some other people had their tv on really load at midnight and I had to complain.
