I returned to this hotel again because of my previous visit here. Just as last time the staff were excellent. I was staying here during the big earthquake on Feb 27th. The staff were quick to bring lanterns, blankets and bottles of water out to the lobby and did a very good job of making everyone feel as comfortable as possible.

This hotel is centrally located and a block away from the Casino and Restaurants. Like mentioned before by previous reviewer, there is no elevator, but the hotel staff helped us with the luggage and stored some it in the first floor. The owner was in the premise as well as their small guard dog called Lucas, and staff were happy to help us with advice on moving around Vina and Valparaiso. If traveling by Metro, get off at the Miramar station. No air conditioning, but it was winter. I left the window open, but there was a little of traffic noise. Breakfast was a small continental one, but it was plenty to start your morning. The price is just right.
