This was the second time i am held at this hotel during the last visit to Dubai. the provision of services and receptionists deal are still as it is with no improving. the services are substandard compared to its neighboring hotels and all other hotels in the city of Dubai. But anyhow it is ok due to his proximity to the city of festivals and the market adjacent to it

Only five minutes from Dubai airport, this hotel is ideal for business traveller or holiday maker.
The hotel is joined by walkways to The Intercontinental next door and the Festival City Mall. So no need to venture out in the heat if you fancy a shopping spree.
The rooms are well proportioned although when you introduce a seven year old into the room space does become limited.
residents have access to both hotel pools as they are next to each other. The Intercontinental's pool has a nice touch....a glass bottom and end so that you can see the people wandering around many floors below! During the hot summer both pools are "cooled", something you don't get in the UK!
Another nice touch was that my Daughter received a tag / badge which meant she was able to receive free freshly made pizza and ice-cream from 12pm onwards: )
As with all large hotels in Dubai, they have an "English" bar attached which does get very busy and noisy in the evening. Not really suitable for young children.
Also worth noting the "swim with dolphins" facility is only five minutes away.
Would I return again? Absolutely!

It's nice that this hotel and adjoining the InterContinental have shared charging arrangements so that you can visit bars or restaurants in either of them and still charge all costs to your own hotel's room bill.

A stay at this hotel has always been pleasurable and the staff have always been very friendly and offer great service throughout. Bedrooms can be quite small, however they are furnished to very high standards and contain everything you need.

Within the in-house Belgium Beer Cafe I'm disappointed that they haven't put Tenderloin steaks back on the menu as they used to be delicious and always a favourite of ours at a fantastic price of only 95AED each, however the range of beers and wines remain excellent.

I stayed with my wife for our marriage anniversary for a night. We arrived at night and it was the first night of Eid Al Adha, holy days for the Muslims. We were told that there was a flight delay and our rooms were not available until midnight, however we received a complementary dinner (alcohol included at choice), all from the house. Excellent location in Festival City, with view to the ocean, restaurant was outside, with tables not very close to each 0ther. We really enjoyed, Midway to the dinner, we were announced that the room was already ready - this was 90 minutes before midnight.
The room was not very big, but full of gizmods. Bathroom was large, flat large TV. The next day it rained (that was a first in Dubai), but we could see the pool and the layout was super nice, it was almost like a mini water park. Price was high but reasonable, compared to other prices in Dubai. Would recommend for a short trip defintely.
