I and my wife stayed in Hotel Seashell inn 5th to 9th of Dec 2011. The hotel is centrally located in Bur dubai with close proximity to shopping areas, metro station, and bus stations. There are good restaurants nearby. There is Carrefour nearby. Breakfast was really good with good variety. The staff in the hotel is courteous. Although they served complimentary drinking water bottles only on the first day. We had to pay extra for the extra bottles used. When we pay for 4 nights, are we not entitled to complimentary bottles on all these days? The bath tub was leaking. We even found cockroaches in the bathroom.

If you are on a short 3-4 day vacation to Dubai and cannot survive without Indian food then this the Hotel to stay for you. The USP of the Hotel is its proximity to all Indian Restaurants in Bur Dubai. The Hotel is clean and the staff are prompt and helpful, but to call it a 3-star is far fetched. The Breakfast menu , though adeqaute , is not elaborate enough for a 3-star. They served one Indian item, one choice of fruit and eggs to order. The rooms are not spacious enough for a 3-star and a tea/coffee maker is a glaring miss !

I assure you can get better than this at the same price.I did not like the location and breakfast.Menu was limited both in variety and quantity(It was all indian food).Check out the other options like Ramada and Royal Ascot near it if you would like to stay at the same location.They will surely be better.
