We enjoyed our stay at the hotel last December. Good pool and nice beach. We got the Club access upgrade. Well worth it.

For a five star hotel the rooms were really dated - we paid for a club room, but it was the same as the regular rooms (apparently though they are just about to refurbish the hotel). Helpfulness of staff was mixed, a couple good but mostly poor. The hotel shares facilities with the Westin which is next door, so they have a great pool and beach area (kids pool is actually heated for when the weather is cooler). Seaview rooms have great views, however if you are the wrong end to the hotel it is really noisy from one of the hotel bars. Small thing but annoying - shower water took about 5-10 mins to heat up in the morning! Kids club was good if you have young kids. Ate a couple of times in hotel restaurants - food average! For the price we paid felt ripped off - 3 star hotel with 5 star prices!

We stayed here in November last year. The hotel is good but there is a lot of work going on around the area. The pavements are just dust and it's not easy to cross the road because of roadworks. There isn't much life around the area, the marina is ok but not wildly exciting. The hotel itself is perfectly adequate and the food good especially the breakfast. Feel there are better areas to stay until roadworks finished.

The hotel is okay, but be aware that it's not part of the Starwood Preferred Guest program, so don't expect to earn any points while staying here...
Interior is also a bit outdated.
