I was so honerd to stay in this wonderful hotel ,the view of borj khalifa,the gulf ,the quit ,the service ,everything was fantastic,and i recomend the sky flors

Each room has a separate water heater and if you are not lucky to stay at the room where such a heater works properly no hot water at the shower. I asked for technician to fix it but no success. When check-in ask for rooms opposite to Sheikh Zayed Road.

We went to dubai during the peak season of Christmas through new years, so, our choices of hotels were naturally limited by availability. This hotel is bang on Sheikh Zayed St. The rooms are very spacious and clean with all the amenities of a proper 4 star hotel. The breakfast spread is impressive but not massive. It serves the purpose but at AED 100 per person is expensive. The service is excellent and the people are very nice and friendly. There is good access to a few restaurants on sheikh zayed st which makes lunch & dinner options easy to deal with. The Dubai Metro station is virtually across from the hotel, so, access to the dubai mall (Burj Khalifa) is not an issue. By taxi as well the dubai mall is about AED 20-30 max. I will highly recommend the hotel for people with families.

We were blown away with this hotel from the moment we got in the front door. Everyone was helpful.

My family of four stayed for three nights on the 31st floor and had amazing views out to sea as well as down Sheikh Zayed Road. We had two adjoining rooms and they were very well appointed, quiet and extremely comfortable. There were fluffy white bathrobes as well as bath sheets in the bathroom. Each room had a kitchenette with a microwave, full size fridge, sink and a pay for mini bar as well as free coffee, tea and bottled water.

The location couldn’t be better with a Starbucks not far, and a lot of places for a quick meal nearby. The metro station is just outside and if you’re flying Etihad you can use the Metro crossing to go over Sheikh Zayed Road and the Etihad Check-in is right there. Rose Rayhaan is also only one Metro stop away from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa or else you can get a taxi there for not too much.

We had room service a couple of times and it was delicious and delivered in white linen covered heated carts to keep the food hot.

One downside is that there is no wi-fi access in the rooms – only cable. Considering the quality and other services of the hotel it’s something that we would have expected.

In any case we would stay here again in a moment!
