we stayed for 3 nights

good: location to mall and transport, room is large with comfy bed and big bathroom, great internet area downstairs and breakky was faantasic! tour pick ups from out front and friendly staff, lounge area in room, table and chair and great tv. line over bath to hang hand washed clothes

not so good: we arrived early and tired from a 15 hr flight and had to pay $70 aus extra to check in early. we reserved a non smoking room but were told none were available so we had to take smoking room which stank, as did the entire floor.

Great location, great service, friendly staff...great hotel. Recommend it to everyone...

We stayed for 5 nights. Check-in was fast. The room is clean, modern, nice and quite big. It is also well equipped and most toiletries are also provided in the shower room. The shower cubicle is rather small eventhough the shower room itself is quite big with a nice bathtub.

Location of the hotel is also quite good although you may have to cross a busy street between the hotel and mall of the emirates. Just turn left as you exit the moe after ski-dubai and keep walking until you reach a pedestrian crossing. Cross the road and you should see the hotel on your right.

The service standard of the hotel is also very good. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They would be glad to assist you if you have any queries or needs. Also, they will serve you during breakfast if you choose the ala-carte type versus the buffet option. Breakfast was nice and adequate. The buffet variety was fine although I would prefer the ala-carte breakfast for the asian set meal.

It was a nice stay. We would love to stay again in future.
