The Address, yes the address to be at, in Dubai.
A very luxurious hotel taken care by a very professional staff doing all what's needed for you to be happy and forget about the outside world stress.
We spent couple of days, my wife and I to celebrate our third year anniversary and it was memorable.
Things I won't forget are the fountain view from our room on the 33rd floor, the breakfast, the spacious hotel decoration and the welcoming staff.

Let me get back to the breakfast, yes, the best breakfast I have ever. Until now, my best breakfast experience was The Kempinski Dukes Palace in Brugge until The Address made change my mind.
Professional waiters, serving the widest choice of whatever you dream off accompanied with lounge musical background with a view on the water garden.
There won't be a thing you cannot find at that breakfast: an Asian station or a Japanese station or even an Indian one, followed by a great choice of desserts and another of cheese and vienoiseries.

One thing that I would have changed is the architecture of the apartments or the rooms they call the studios.
The living room is very appropriate, with a two toilets apartment and a kitchen, all this taking the space of the sleeping room that should be the widest so guests relax after a long day of work or shopping.
The sleeping room is very small, even tiny with no television.
If we compare the apartments to the premium hotel rooms, you won't believe it's in the same building by the same management. At that point I wished I didn't upgrade my stay.

For a conclusion, next time you visit Dubai, that location in the center of Dubai, at a walking distance from the Dubai Mall is your place to stay: I loved it.

I can't say the Address is very service oriented and it's quite pricey, although our experience staying there was overall a good one. The best thing about our stay was the convenience of the location especially for families. It's connected to the Dubai Mall, next to the Birj Khalifa and next to the fabulous Dubai fountains. Although we didn't, you can get a room for a higher rate, with a view of the fountains. The breakfast buffet (not included) is wonderful with a large variety and selection of food. Our rooms were beautiful with all of the amenities of a high end hotel. We enjoyed our balconies with a wonderful view of Dubai. I would stay there again on a return trip.

Located a few seconds walk from the Dubai Mall. A very impressive landmark building in it's own rights. Only overlooked because of the worlds tallest tower opposite. Gorgeous design, fine materials and decorations. Dubai 5 star hotels offer the best service of any hotel in the world. Buffet breakfast may be the best quality we've eaten anywhere. Big selection.
Enough entertainment for the kids - infinity pool, kids club but you always end up in the Dubai Mall where you can ice skate, visit Sega World (thrilling rides and arcade machines), aquarium, multiplex cinema etc.
Great Spa for adults. Fantastic gym overlooking the lake.
2 bed suite is big and has everything you need for a comfortable stay incl free wifi. Balcony views are great - 35th floor for us. You can even see The World in the sea in the distance on a clear day (unfinished man made islands).
Superb service from the doormen to reception, concierge and room service.
We stayed in a 2 bed apartment. Expensive for sure but when you have to have 2 rooms sometimes a suite works out better for the extra space and not having to have interconnecting rooms.

Great location especially for families with few meters walk to Dubai Mall . They take care of all details ; the facilities , room furniture , surrounding garden and pools .

Tip: Ask for a room with balcony to enjoy the view .
