“Nice hotel, modern rooms, nearby the town center (tchahar bagh...)”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 July 2009

Hotel that has good standards, rooms are smaller than in Kowsar hotel teheran, facilities are better. Hotel is located near a main street that may be noisy. near the central square (almost 15mn walk) near Tchahar bagh school. Shops and post office nearby.
I only experience breakfast, which was good. (buffet)
Staff was friendly, no problem during my stay.
The rooms are very well cleaned by friendly staff.
What could be better is to avoid changing every day the towels in order to save water. In March the main river in Esfahan was EMPTY !!! despite the strong storms and icy rain we experienced there !! (towel on the floor = change it please, towel on the rail = I keep it)

This hotel is to be recommended :-)

“Great hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 January 2008

I've stayed at this hotel in December 2007 and found it to be very nice. The room was brand new, the TV had a few English channels and even the Internet (cable) was available in the room for an insignificant charge (like $1/hr or so). Funny detail: if you turn "Do not disturb" switch on, little light outside the door would turn red. Normally it's blue and turns green if you need to have your room made. I know, it's no big deal, but just a nice little detail. I did not notice and rudeness from the staff. Can recommend this hotel without any reservations.

“Horrible experience”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 January 2008

The location is good, but the staff is really horrible. They try to charge you for everything they can, from the money exchange to the breakfast. Iranians are great people , very nice, but avoid the ones at this hotel. It's a trap
