“Great hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 November 2011

We came to this hotel after spending a night in Esfahan in another place of similar quality but double price. We stayed two nights and were glad we moved! The English speaking staff was really helpful, the apartment was clean, with separate bathroom and WC, a kitchen, WIFI and air condition, and a card-key. The location is great with a mini-market and a baker right across the street, within walking distance to the main place. The staff called us a cab to the airport and negotiated a price for us. Highly recommended!

“I can recommend this hotel.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 November 2011

This appartment hotel is very good. It is clean, has good rooms, friendly and helpfull staff, is very central located and the price of the rooms are reasonably. We stayed for 4 nights and we walked a lot from the hotel to a lot of Esfahans attractions.

“Exceeds Expectations”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 October 2011

I stayed at Hasht Behesht for 2 night. A great family run hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. Airport pick and drop was provided for 80'000 Rials (Just below 7 USD) each way which was very convenient and very good value too. At the airport, I was greeted by Kousha Kayani. What a warm welcome and what a source of local information, Had very good and informative chat with Mr Kayani on our way back to the hotel.

I was shown to my room by Mr Kayani himself and he made sure I was happy with everything. Rooms are very tastefully decorated with quality and convenience in mind. A little kitchen is provided in all the rooms and toilets were modern and clean. Also provided were a tele with some english channels, an individually controlled aircon, an electronic safe and all the toiletries, even individually packed new tooth brushes and those mini toothpastes :) Just goes to show how they have tried to make it convenient for travellers.

Room rates were exactly as described at their website (512'000 Rials/ approx 42USD for a single) which is very reasonable in Iran for a hotel of such good standards. Breakfast was provided for 50'000 Rials (Approx 4USD) and was very good value.

Location: As good as it could ever get, during my 2 days stay at Esfahan, I never had to take a taxi, everything was walking distance, 15 minutes most. Hasht Behesht palace, Chehel Satoon, Naqsh-e-Jahan Square, Ali Qapu Palace, Shah mosque, various little bazars for shopping all within easy reach by foot (Word of warning, In bazars, don't go walking around too far, they are covered and connected, you could easily be lost inside walking in the wrong direction ending up too far from the main area). Definately took away alot of stress of time keeping and having to take taxis trying to see everything in a short time. Plenty of places to eat around and also, Although I did not try the food at the hotel other than breakfast, it was reasonably priced.

Definately a very pleasant stay, Got to meet a few members of Mr Kayani's family and what a nice and hospitable bunch they are, really nice and helpful people.

I would definately stay here again if I ever visited Esfahan. Infact, I would only stay at Hasht Behesht, such was the quality of service, really impressive.

“Lovely and welcoming”

We stayed here for five nights and had a great experience. It was incredibly reasonably priced for a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. The location is great, about 5-10 minutes on foot from the main Esfahan attractions at Naqsh-e-jahan Square, and from our window we could even get a lovely peek of the Shah mosque. The atmosphere was quite welcoming to guests and very international-friendly (around 3/4 of the guests seemed to be Europeans), and the rooms were very attractively decorated and clean. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

“Helpful staff and great location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 September 2011

This is a family-run appartment hotel where you have one or more rooms plus bathroom and kitchen. The rooms are spacious and clean and have AC. Room prices are negotiable, and breakfast is cheap and delivered directly to your room. The hotel also offers a selection of snacks (hamburgers etc.). The staff speak English very well, and they are always eager to help you book bus tickets, point out interesting places or arrange for a private taxi (=dar baste). The location is super as both the bazaar, Imam Square, several museums and the bridges are within walking distance. The only drawback is the fact that the walls aren't very thick so noisy guests can be heard all over the hotel. We will certainly stay in Hasht Behesht Appartment Hotel again if we decide to go back to Isfahan in the future.
