Stayed here for 2 nights and for the price you pay (about 50 usd) you get great value for money, the hotel is just 2 min walk to the main street and balcony is over looking the river, also the breakfast is great and if you leave early in the morning they will make sure pack it like a child going to school :)
Just to get idea about how nice they are- we came with a couple that eat only "Kosher" food and can't eat the local food so the owner allowed them to use her kitchen so they will be able to cook their kosher product!
Very recommended!

“Great stay by the Mekong”
Super clean, great location. My room had a balcony overlooking the Mekong, great for coffee in the am or beer/wine in the evening. Hotel was very quiet and peaceful during my 2 night stay. Mrs Bouasavanh is so nice! She handed me some delicious mandarins for my bus trip to Vang Vieng when I checked out. I loved that! The bathroom was Asian style - no shower curtain - but really nice.

Nice clean room with a soft comfortable bed.Balcony over looking the river,quiet at night since it is a couple of blocks away from the main strip.Lots of hot water and good water pressure.We left early to catch the bus and mrs Bouasavanh had packed a breakfast for us to eat on the bus,kind a like what your mother would do.Really made us feel special:)
