Wonderful staff, large rooms, nice spa, great breakfast, amazing pool area. When we come back to
Luang Prabang this is where we will be staying.I loved the office area with great Laos coffee and nice view while surfing the net. We massaged a lot and we loved the ginger tea and the massages we're great! A little out of the way, but Luang Prabang is very quaint so its not that far out, and the bonus..... how quiet it is at night...great sleeps!

We enjoyed this hotel.

The staff was very helpful, attentive and darling. I just can't say enough good things about them. While this was a little way out of the action of the town area, it was quiet for sleeping (no Motos buzzing by your room at all hours) and as it is up on the hill, cooler for sleeping. I thought the room was very lovely and the view was nice. When we were there they would serve breakfast in the room if you requested it, which was lovely to eat out on the lanai. I had no problem with the breakfast. When we were there there was no buffet but you could select what you liked and where you wanted to eat it. and

I was not fond of the restaurant and I felt it was a little exspensive for the area.

My husband enjoyed the massages at the spa.

Because it is a little out of the old town area, you need to plan your day. The hotel provides a free shuttle to town, but at set times. You can get Tuk- Tuk back if you want to go back at a non-set time. That said, I'm glad we stayed here and we would stay here again.

This is a good place if you are looking for service, not a discount hotel.

This 4-star hotel is a great place to stay in Luang Prabang especially if you enjoy staying by the pool after a day or two spent visiting the surrounding area. The pool is truly amazing and staff is very accomodating.
The rooms are pretty big and modern and the view is one of the best you could get at Luang Prabang. I would encourage people to go to this hotel in the next few months because I can see two problems arising in the mid-term. First, there is big construction site that might obstruct the view soon. Second, the quality of the material used to build the rooms does not look fantastic therefore I fear that the comfort might decline over time if maintenance is not good enough.
Another comment similar to other reviews is that the breakfast is not good enough given the price of the room.
Last but not least, do not book their airport pick up service because it is way over-priced (22 USD). Some will say that if you pay 250 USD for a room, why would you bother but in my opinion, the distance to the airport is pretty short and I felt abused a little bit. Therefore, I would recommend to either take a tuk-tuk or a local taxi for 5 to 10 USD.

Definitely the best swimming pool and view in Town .... But probably the poorest pool service in Town too. Rooms are very confortable and spacious.
Nice breakfast but overall the catering should be improved.
