This resort is beautiful and the sfaff is so kind and polite. It was a pleasurable experience from the moment they picked us up from the airport to the moment they dropped us off. They even exchanged money for us. I told them it was our honeymoon and they put rose petals on the bed for us. We were in the new building and it was lovely and quite. The view of the river is tranquil, the food is great and we borrowed bikes for free every day. It was a scenic and romantic resort that was just perfect for us and I consider myself and high maintenance traveller.

This is a great hideaway which is easily accessible to the town by foot or, the hotel have a bus they put on every half on the hour and will collect at 9.30pm to bring you back. The hotel is clean and the grounds are well kept. The only thing lacking is a swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and will help on anything you need. Room cleanliness is excellent. Use a bike to get around as this is free to residents and a good way to explore. I would recommend this to anyone visiting. (note that if you go in January, take a jumper for evening as it gets pretty cold).

I rushed to make my booking through booking.com without checking my flights in advanced and made a mistake. The hotel agreed not to charge any penalty making an exception to the agreed booking conditions. I got the following reply from the hotel: "It is our pleasure to make this process as easy as possible for you."

Le Bel Air is a place where you can relax and enjoy the town. The rooms are very clean and modern. I enjoyed staying at the traditional style villa and everything went fine. They provided free pick-up from the airport and have bicycles for guests to use. The hotel staffs were very friendly and called me by my name. It was very nice to stay at Le Bel Air resort. When in Le Bel Air resort, the bikes are very useful since the town center is bit far away.
