We are three visitors from Varna, Bulgaria, that spent 5 nights in hotel "Helis".
The hotel is located not far from the center of Brasov in a quiet , green district with very clear air. The view from the windows of the rooms is wonderful - towards the mount Tampa and the surrounding hills with neat, small houses and tall, century-old pines. Early in the morning the chime from the church can be heard.
The interior of the hotel is nice too - the walls,the furniture, the curtains, the smooth sheets in the rooms are snow-white and the pillows, the lamps and the bathrooms - blue.
The restaurant is cosy too, arranged with a perfect taste, followng the transilvanian traditions. There you can see traditional vessels and pottery and pictures of the old Brasov.
The cook prepares very tasty meals.
The staff is kind and attentive like all the people in Brasov and Romania - policemen, drivers, shopkeeps, waiters and everybody else.
In this lovely hotel and in the beautiful Brasov with its rich history and museums you will feel like in a dream.
As to us, we hope to return again next year.
