This hotel is quite new and well-deprated. The rooms are clean and spacious. The best views you have from rooms on the riverside. You can easily walk (5min.) to the citycentre but it is not a sceneric walk...
The prices are nice and the food is perfect! You can easily book a massage in the hotel which is also oke.

Bihac is perhaps not the first place where you´d expect to find a first-class hotel.
And yet, there it is.
Overlooking the beutiful Una river, has everything you could ask for.
The rooms arre beutifully outfitted, beds top class.
Service is exellent and the restaurant serves fine dishes and a huge breakfast.
Be sure to ask for a room facing river.
The only drawback was a Saturday night wedding party in the restaurant with very loud noise that lasted until 3 am.

The other reviewer (Stevie) pretty much summed up everything I was going to say. The location of the hotel, and its restaurant in particular, is superb. The breakfast selection is excellent and the hotel is in a very central location.

The only small gripe is attention to detail. Things like having to ask for a 'do not disturb' sign and some of the bathroom fittings didn't quite fit, in some rooms the Wifi didn't work (wired is fine though and staff will lend you a cable) and the online booking didn't work (had to phone). Very minor faults - and more than made up for by good staff and everything mentioned in the other review.

The Opal has not been open long, and it is a peach of a hotel right on the riverbank, the river being the beautiful Una. The staff are welcoming, the rooms delightful (fantastic views over the river, lots of space, super comfortable beds, large and spacious shower, well stocked mini bar) and the restaurant has the best food in town (especially the fish). The bar is in a glass add-on conservatory overlooking the river, with helpful staff and lots of alcohol to choose from. My only gripe is everyone smokes in the hotel, but that's a problem all over Bosnia unfortunately, with people smoking and eating at the same time in most restaurants.
