This was an incredibly nice and laid back vacation. Pansion Rose is one of the best pansions in town. We have been to several pansions that are higly rated in Mostar and this one was the best. Great rooms with our own bath. Very clean and highly serviceminded staff. The owners goes a step further always to help and make your stay comfortable.Very nice walk to the Old city, 5 min, and great private parking(very hard to find in Mostar). The breakfast was good, you can even order if you want something special but a day ahead. We wanted musli for breakfast and the lady fixed it for the next day with a smile on her face...As said, very good and enjoyable vacation. Oh, yes, I almost forgot...We wanted to go rafting on Neretva one day, and the owners fixed it in a second. This was their recomendation, an it was unforgetable...Such a lovely nature and great food and service at restaurant at rafting.

overrated is an understatement, the location is excellent yes, a couple minutes walk to the famous bridge and the centre of the old town. The street is a busy one and with the very tight parking available can be a bit of a challenge, but otherwise its ok.
The room we had was on the ground floor, and very average, squeaky uncomfortable bed (twin beds in the room), the bathroom tiny and adjacent to the outside dining area. The shower is tiny, the shower curtain might as well not be there as the whole place got flooded.
Breakfast ordinary but you cant expect too much for the price you pay.
I too felt the staff were friendly enough but had this disinterested air about them, so for a one night room and the price not too bad of a deal but definately overratted if you want a superior accommodation in Mostar

We were looking for single rooms and were not too interested in breakfast so we found that this was a very good base.

Great little B&B, good location if you have a car as its very easy to find, very well signposted. Owner was very friendly and it was not far to walk into the quaint little town.
We also left a Coat in one of the rooms and the owners very kindly couriered it up to Sarajevo the next day for us at little cost which was fantastic. Rooms were also clean and tidy and although on a busy road the only thing to wake us was the Mosque calls.
