One of the most friendliest stuff ever, great location, parking, breakfast - Excellent, excellent, excellent and again excellent in everything - we will visit it again for sure.

As many other reviewers have commented, the hotel itself can be a bit challenging to find, but once you do, the location is excellent! Walk out the front of the hotel and you are in the shopping area. Walk out the back of the hotel (and climb the steps) and you are in Upper Town. Pack light if you can since it is not possible to drive right up to the hotel. We always appreciate free Wi-Fi and free parking and Hotel Jaegerhorn has both (the secure parking area is about a 10 minutes walk -- give or take -- from the hotel). Breakfast is included; it's not an elaborate spread, but it's enough. (Hint to hotel staff: find a way to warm the plates so the food doesn't get cold too fast!) The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite nice and quiet. We would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to others visiting Zagreb.

Right in the centre of the old city. Close to shopping centre yet it is quite. Amazingly, there is a courtyard in the hotel. Breakfast is good. The room is clean and huge for the price. Parking lot is secure. Staff are helpful and they can speak good English. Definitely it is my first choice if I visit Zagreb again.

This hotel is located in the center, next to the old part of Zagreb, the staff is polite and the breakfast is fresh and tasty. It is just everyone's perfect choice !
