The service was excellent! From reception staff, room service to wellness & spa. They are prompt, efficient, professional and kind.

The DELUXE room and bathroom are beautiful: spacie, comfortable, very clean, warm and well-equipped. The only - is non-having a Wi-Fi Internet.

The location is really OK, well-connected with other parts of Zagreb.

The food quality (choice, too) is great, especially the buffet breakfast!

Wellness & spa is really nice and relaxing and the staff is excellent!

Large, modern and clean. Typical airport hotel with limited public areas - bar and restaurant. Functional.

I was just amazed of how well we were served by the reception. You know what I mean, when they give that little extra thing?

I would suggest to go for the deluxe room, it is just a little bit more expensive, but very confortable and new.

The only down is that the hotel is located 10-15 minute bus ride from downtown Zagreb. But that wasn't a problem for us.

the hotel is abit outside the center but the Hostel,restaurant it holds,breakfast,lounge bar really impressed me...
