Four Points Panorama hotel is a good hotel but it could use a facelift if it wants to keep the stars it weares.
the staff is apsolutely great, one of the best i encountered, very profesional.
The location is ok.
The bed mattress (in my room, hope it is not like that in other rooms) was not so comfortable, it felt used, time for a new one for sure.
There is no wifi in teh room, just in the loby, on the reception, in the room you have to use cable internet access, but if you have an smartphone or a tablet that can not use cable, then you have to go down when you want to use internet.
There is no shampoo or shower cream in the bathroom so bring your own or use hand soap, who cares, it is not like somebody will smell you (or people do that!!!!???!!), just kidding...
the buffet breakfast was great.
That's what i have to say about it for now (can't remember anything else).

the location is not one of the bests but the rest is great, comfortable and with lots of space, the food is also very good

Rooms are dated and needs to be spruced up but room was clean. We stayed one night and staff was fine. Not in the centre of town. Staff was fine.

Stayed there last night. No warm water, only cold. It hapoend also 4 yaears ago. I felt like i was on camping in the wood and not in 4 stars hotel that is overpriced (250 usd/ night) Shame on you hotel panirama!!!!
