“Rooms Kvatric - nice rooms”

Been there. The owner Jasna is kind and helpful lady. Her nice daughter speaks English and is ready to help you whatever you need. There are 2 really simple and affordable rooms and you are just a 3 tram stops to the Main bus station. Keep in mind that this is not luxury rooms. Also it is about 10 minutes slow walk to the main square. Rooms can be booked directly on her website: www.roomskvatric.hostel.com

“Smelly and unclean”

Smoking is allowed in the rooms, so the smell is attached to everything - the air was stuffy. If you don't like tobacco smell, it is hard to be in the room. The room and bath room were unclean, all the chair covers and pillows on the sofa were dirty. I couldn't use the towels, because they were so poorly washed, that they smelled dirty and left an ugly stink on your skin. The owner didn't speak much english, she was very friendly, though.

Long way to railway station and to the center. Quiet area.

“Clean, friendly place”

We stayed here two nights while in Zagreb ($77/night). The woman, Jasna, who owns the rooms was very, very nice. She took us to the bus station and picked us up there when we returned. She also agreed to hold some luggage for us while we traveled to some other areas. The room and bathroom were clean and nice enough. The city center (Kvaternikov Square) was about a 30 minute walk, although there were plenty of little bakeries and cafes nearby as well. I would recommend this place mostly just because Jasna was so nice and helpful.
