The staff is not friendly and does not speak English. The restaurant sometimes works till very late at night (rather early in the morning) and the guests on the first floor can't sleep.
The only good thing I can point out is the food.

Nice, friendly hotel with good rates outside the crowded city center. The view of Sofia is great, as is the view of Vitosha mountain. Also try the restaurant! And the garden is also nice in the summer.
Only problem is that free Wi-Fi connection is missing.
