The rooms are spacious, but the mattresses are by far the most uncomfortable, I have ever slept in and the so announced free Wi-Fi in the rooms doesn t function elsewhere than by the reception area. There is no breakfast available, even as extra possibility, the rooms are not that clean, I had to lock my luggage everytime I left the hotel, and the nearby area is not the best one during the night. The only advantages could be the proximity to the Medical University, maybe 200-300 meters and the fact, that the receptionists are friendly and skilled to speak several languages such as English and German. For 30-35 euro, this place is far too expensive for the Bulgarian standards and the absolute no-go for Europeans.

The hotel is one of the cheapest in the city. It is very nice there - clean and the staff is very friendly. To the city center it is only 10 minutes to go. We enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel medic accademia -based on the site of the medical college.We arrived late to find no beds made up,a leaking roof light no heating beds that are bed sofas-you name it this has everything you could not wish in a hotel!My wife and sister stayed up all night rather than try and sleep in this dive!Cheap but not cheery,if you have an extra 15euro to spend above this price--go elsewhere.believe me.
