I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel only 2 1/2 blocks from Plaza Independencia. It is located at the intersection of Soriano and Andes. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable and the value is hard to beat for being so close to the main Plaza. I had read reviews about breakfast being sup-par yet we found the breakfast to very good...Juice, fruit, eggs, cheese, muffins, breads and of course, plenty of Dulce de Leche. The two elevators are very small as mentioned previously but did not adversely impact us. Overall, we found the staff to be very attentive and anxious to help. We did have a slight issue with accessing all of our tv channels but we were not in the room enough for this to be a major bother. The hallways are quite stark and steril but the rooms were adequately furnished. We paid $100 per night during peak season and felt this was an exceptional vaulue for the quality and location of hotel. Also, there is a laundrymat (full service only) located about a block from the hotel on Andes street that washes, dries and fold your clothes for a little more than $5 a load...very handy if you have been traveling for an extended period.

It´s very confortable, king size and very soft bed, clean rooms and bathroom. The TV is large and the air conditioning works very well.

Very soft and clean towels and sheets.

The points they have to improve: The elevator is very small, if you have large luggage, you will probably have to get into it all alone, because there is no space avaliable for more people.

The breakfast is shame. Only a few tables (small space for groups). We had to wait some people finish eating to get a table. Dirty tables (They had put dirty plates, cups and glasses over some tables, and the table could not be used meanwhile). There were no plates, glasses, cups or cutlery clean for us to use, we had to ask the waiters (there were only two of then, and they also washed the dishes, we had to enter into the kitchen to ask then for the cleaned itens).

They did not had time to replace the food, and many things were gone and we couldn´t have.

The hotel is very beautiful and confortable. The people who work there are also very nice and friendly, but a "4 stars hotel" can´t close its eyes to the breakfast problems.

Although all this, my feelings to this hotel are good, because of the rooms. On other days, I had breakfast outside.

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of November and had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is obviously very new as they are still decorating the walls, adding little touches and even putting batteries in the room safes.
But despite this it is a very nice hotel, in a very handy location.
There is a small pool with a sauna, and plans for a gym. The rooms are very comfortable with most if the things you would expect (wifi, safe box, flat screen tv, etc.) There is a mini bar but no tea making facilities.
The staff were helpful, although still finding their feet a little bit.
The location is near to bars, restaurants & some sight seeing, as will as very handy for the ferry.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
