The staff were friendly and obliging from beginning to end. The rooms were clean and comfortable, I had the best night sleep since I began travelling 4weeks ago! We left our bags at the hotel whilst we were away at Machu Pitchu. No complaints, would stay again and recommend to anyone else.

We stayed at this hotel on both ends of our Machu Picchu trip. We had a nice room which easily accommodated the four of us with a roll a way bed. We had hot water which was a nice treat. The staff was real friendly and even treated us to a pisco sour on our last night! I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night as part of GAP tour. The staff was great but the rooms were AWFUL. Please note that I am a budget traveller and used to staying in hostels or bare necessities hotels. But the rooms we were given here were just ghastly! The first room they gave us was on the 3rd floor and had great views but smelled like rat poison. The stench was so bad that we asked for another room. We were given a room on the ground floor. Our second room was definitely a downgrade: dark, tiny bathroom (the toilet touched the shower area), freezing (no heater), and nowhere to put our luggage. We decided to take it because it was only for one night.

On the positive side: They offer free wi-fi (not accessible in the rooms but there is reception in the dining area and in the front office), friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Given a choice I will not be staying at this hotel again.

In most ways apart from the room which was basic but clean. Complementary wifi, good selection of drinks behind the bar and handy location for town make this a good budget choice
