amazing place, not too expensive for Lima, super clean and smart and ridiculously friendly staff! Breakfast great too

The staff in the hotel are incredibly nice, they already knew who we are when we arrived, gave awesome tips for where to eat and how to move around Lima. They prepared special breakfast on early hours for us, even considering that we left the hotel at 5:30 a.m. The design overall have a good taste, with modern art all around in a modern tailored house. The location is amazing as well, Barranco is the best neighborhood in Lima.

I have stayed twice at this wonderful little boutique hotel. The location is great. The rooms are modern and smartly appointed. The owner and staff are amazing. Service is where they really shine. They helped me with everything from dinner reservations to booking flights. The next time I'm in Lima, I'm checking in immediately.

We entered Peru through Lima and booked accomodation at the 3B for the period of our stay in that area. For our exit from the country we had pre-booked a hotel in Mira Flores in order to be closer to the downtown and the airport. Big mistake! You can't beat the 3B for accomodation and it is actually easy to commute to anywhere in the Lima area that you may wish to visit.
Yes, the architecure carrys sound a bit but the staff make up for everything with their food, knowledge, willingness to assist and wonderful attitude.
In the Sacred Valley we stayed at the Green House (a superb establishment which we highly recommend) and we were amused to note that, when in Lima, the owners always stay at the 3B!
