Never been to Lima before and wanted to stay at a more mainstream place than I would normally chose. Casa Andina seemed a perfect choice. Good size hotel chain, reasonably priced, and good locations.

I was not disappointed. Rooms was clean, well decorated, and spacious. The staff was very helpful. Easy to arrange pick up at the airport (got email confirmation). I even got a sizable discount for pre-paying.

Good stay and would recommend.

Room tip: We had an inside room. Was very quiet at night.

We just experienced a great visit and stay in Lima at the Casa Andina Private Collection. Located in the Miraflores section of Lima it is near great shopping and beautiful public parks. The staff is exceptionally courteous, helpful, and friendly and handle any request with great dispatch.

The rooms are spotless and the restaurant is excellent and they have a large and varied breakfast buffet to start your day off.

We checked in after a late arriving flight and were pleased to find the front desk staff very helpful. The room was not large but was comfortable had every amenity including fast wi fi included in room rate. A wide selection of food was available for breakfast. I would like to go back.

Our tour of Peru began in Lima and the 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations at Casa Andina. After playing tourist the waterfall in the pool refreshed us. We were close enough to walk to several world class restaurants and Mercados for shopping for ourselves and trinkets to take home. The in house restaurant Alma had an amazing breakfast buffet (another review) and we grew quickly spoiled. We even became those people who lounge in the lobby (I have always wanted to just hang out in the lobby of some lovely hotel). The concierge was most helpful since we were all foodies and learned quickly that most places served A) very late for our taste and B) were already reserved for our initial stay he arranged several perfect alternatives AND helped us get reservations for a preferred restaurant on our return visit! Very accommodating. He also made arrangements for some of our party who wanted to charter a private plane and tour the Nazca Lines. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel location is superior. You can safely walk all over from this location. The hotel card elevators is a great idea for security. The staff was very helpful and could direct you to most anything you'd throw at them. The service was excellent and the food here was like being at a presidential suite restaurant. The quality of the food was also great. Our room had a shower with a full size window exposure. It was the full length of the tub & shower and probably 7 feet high. You could view the whole city from this window while showering. Kind of a neat thing, but it did steam up as time went on. Anyhow, all in all this was a prime spot to enjoy time in Lima. I would recommend this to everyone.

Room tip: I would ask them about the shower window, if you think you might have a problem with this viewing.
