We (young couple) stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. We were able to choose the room, but all the available rooms were perfect! The pick-up service from the airport is very nice. The Wifi is working very good. Breakfast was always very good and diverse. One day, when we had to leave very early, they even brought the breakfast to our room. All the employees are very nice. We really recommend this hotel!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights on a very quick trip to Machu Picchu.The service and information given at the hotel was fantastic.I thought it was very reasonably priced.
Free airport transfers,free tea always available,lots of hot water,clean and comfortable,even a breakfast was managed before we departed for our trip to Machu picchu extremely early.The heating had been switched on for arrival back.Late checkout at no extra cost.
The staff at the hotel arranged our tickets into MP and the bus transfers and tax transfers -leaving us to wander round beautiful Cuzco.
The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the centre but we liked that and everything was so much cheaper.The only thing missing was a hairdryer-but I didn't ask,so they may have had some

It was very expensive, but everything is expensive in Cusco

All my family stayed here for a whole week and they were completely pleasant with the attention and comfort of this hotel, also all employees were very nice and always giving the best attention to all guests.
Also, a couple of foreign friends also were hosted here and they said the same: a great place and a good price.
I definitely recommend this hotel to local and foreign friends.
