Loved this hotel - their hospitality is fantastic and they make you very welcome. The hotel is a real gem and a great place stay when visiting this part of the world. Anna and Carla make you feel special and are full of knowledge about the area and take time to impart this knowledge to you.

It's a real gem! Small, stylish, very personal. Real home with large rooms and high ceilings, absolutely fantastic terraces on the 3 levels, charming garden with lots of flowers.
And breakfast... Everything was freshly made, and the cheesecake that i will remember forever.
It is not cheap, but i am sure it is the best choice if you can afford it. Not far from some great restarants, we had great dinner at Cafe Turri ! Absolutly delisious.

My husband and I were impressed with the friendly staff and the great location of the property. Zerohotel is just a short walk from multiple restaurants, and the staff was always willing to provide recommendations, assistance with airport transfers, etc. In short, we had a wonderful stay and would stay at this property again.

Also, the views from the Winter Garden and outdoor terrace are awesome (i.e., the pictures online are what you see in person), and after each day of exploring the city, we enjoyed sitting with a glass (or two) of wine while appreciating these views. The honesty bar is a great touch, and we were also pleasantly surprised when the staff provided snacks in the early evening. By the time that we headed out to dinner in the late evening, we felt completely relaxed!

The only slight downside to the property is that the Colores room that we booked (i.e., one of the rooms without a view of the bay) was smaller than expected. It was still a great room (and the bathroom was awesome), but, given the price, we expected a bit more space. Again, it's a slight downside, and it would not stop me from returning to visit the property.
