My selection of this hotel was entirely random. I had arrived at Changhi early in the afternoon and just needed an overnight hotel. I caught a train to the city and then asked a taxi driver to find me a budget hotel.
The check-in process was straight forward and needed a passport. The room had to be paid upon arrival.
The actual room was fairly basic. The bathroom was kind of built into the shower recess such that using the shower wets everything else in the bathroom so clothes have to stay outside. Basic amenities were provided in the bathroom ie soap, shampoo, toothbrush.
The bed was adequate and I slept well.
Next morning I was up early and on my way back to Changi fo ran early morning flight.
I would stay here again if I just needed a low cost overnight room. Perhaps next time I would research the Fragrance chain on the web to compare locations first.

“RE: BUDGET AND CLEAN”
We stay here about 3 nights. The hotel located at the balestier road which you may easily get a taxi. For taking their MRT you need to take 15 minits walked. The hotel environment is ok but the only things is the room very small. We booked twin and queen size bed room. Both room look small to us. However, what you expect with the prices. is a budget hotel. You may easily find convenience store and food around the area.
Room Tip: get a higher floor room to avoid car noise from the street.

I had booked the room 407 for 3 nights, and in the first night no electrict power, window can not open, very humited, very noisy, others rooms guest slamp the doors, some one knock the door in mid night, the sound proof are very poor, can listen what you are talking 40 feets away. our family can not sleep for whole night, it is terrible night mare. i asked for check out on next day morning, the reception counter charged me one night, we are traveling very often, we would not take your hotel any more in the future, and will let our friends know how terreble hotel service is...
